I work 10hr shifts and just completed a 50hr work week. I went to the mall to shop for some last minute items for my best friends bridal shower.

As I was walking I had a lady from this Herstyler booth grab my arm and pull me over there even when I kept saying "no thank you." I sat in the chair and listened to the whole spill. She played with my hair trying to sell me the hair straightener. I told her "my hair is already straight and I don't need it." Then a guy comes over and repeats everything she had said. Goes on and on and on.

Finally I just said whatever "I'll buy the hair serum, I don't need anything else." Personally I already had no intention of using the product, because I like Aveda hair products and don't need anything else right now. I was going to give it to a friend of mine. I just found the box and decided to look up the price online since I know I spent $25 plus tax on it. I remember giving them $30 and walking off because I just wanted to get out of there, I didn't care so much about the money at the time.

I was tired and stressing about the bridal shower. Looking back now, pretty unhappy. You can buy this Hair Serum for about $8 online.

Absolutely and positively a complete rip off.

Scammers. Liars. Fake smiling ***-artists.

In fact, everything at that booth is a price scam. The hair straighter, shampoos, everything.

If you want anything of this brand, shop online.

I don't know much about their products, but if you actually like it, Never buy it at a ***-artist booth.

Appleton mall kiosk....we noticed by walking past the one girl was VERY unprofessional chasing people down, rude....but whatever she didn't bother us so we just went on our way... I could see it had something to do with hair, so as a licenced cosmetologist I really don't pay much attention to that sort of thing since I am current with all the latest tools and trends, and just wanted to shop...

Well, on our way back around the one girl was very sweet and asked if she could ask me a question we, I said no thank you and continued on, but the one girl working with her started yelling at us, that we didn't even know what she was going to ask us and I told her I wasn't interested, she yelled "why not!? " I told her because she was very unprofessional, and we kept walking but could hear her still yelling things at us... I was in shock!!! How can you be Sooo rude and unprofessional!

If someone says they are not interested you let them be, you don't harass them! Like I said im in the business...if I want it, I can buy it, and for cheaper... I am just hoping someone reads this and hopefully puts that girl in check, she was horrible, and rude!! I get you probably work on commission but no need to harass people...if your products are good and you are knowledgeable it will sell....The actions I witnessed will push people away...

Hopefully she gets fired!!!

So pissed i fell for this s*@t. I got talked into buying there hair serum for my 8 year old daughter who was with me.

She has a medical condition were she does not produce oils in her hair so her hair is super super duper dry and breaks like a bent peice of straw. They proceded to put some in her hair and then used the flat iron and made her all nice. Witch made her feel good. They told me that this would help becausd it had vitamins and was argon oil based.

And being a mom who would do anything to help my dauggters hair to become healthy so she can grow it long like she wants. I fell right in to there hands. I got there special deal of two bottles for $60. Get home and notice my daughter is scratching her head alot.

After washing her hair she felt better. I figured the serum iritatex her head so i decided to not use it. I went back tje next day to return it and they tell me ne refunds. No were on there kiosk was there a sighn that said all salez final, or no refunds.

She showed me that it said so on the bottom of the recipt in small print no refunds. I began to get frusterated because now i had wasted $60 on something that will not be used. I feel that they praied on me because they could see how dry and unhealthy looking my daughters hair looked.

And i feel *** for falling for there sweet talk and i feel riped off.
